Acid Mothers Temple - Paralyzed Brain [RSD23] (LP)

Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O. or Acid Mothers Temple, are a Japanese psychedelic rock band, the core of which formed in 1995. The band are led by guitarist Kawabata Makoto. Kawabata initially formed Acid Mothers Temple with the intention of creating "extreme trip music", by editing and dubbing previous recordings, being influenced by progressive rock, Karlheinz Stockhausen, and krautrock.

Paralyzed Brain was originally manufactured for sale on the band's Electric Dream Ecstasy European tour of 2018, and was only available on CD in Italy.

Not as wild as some AMT offerings, it provides a taste of the unique and talented musical ability of this legendary Japanese outfit.

Record Store Day 2023 sees Paralyzed Brain’s first pressing on vinyl, featuring completely new artwork, by Carl Glover, Aleph Studio. Pressed as a double album, this version will boast a new track and be pressed in a transparent orange heavyweight 180g vinyl. This will be AMT’s first release on Rolling Heads.
